Habitify
Habitify review. A habit app that still lacks details but has a lot of room for improvement.
I have used a lot of habit apps and to-do apps in my own way, and I am still looking for a lot of them. “In habit apps, the functions are generally good to some extent, and they influence each other, so the functions develop as if they are convergently evolving.” So even when using other apps, if you look at a different app after a while, you may find that many new features have been added.
I have been using this app that I’m going to introduce for a long time, but to be honest, the features were not very good back then. Even now, if you dig into the details, there are many disappointing parts, but it is an app that is steadily improving in its own way. That’s Habitify. Google Play Link, App Store Link.

Habitify has a clean interface. Features are constantly being added.
Habitify has a clean app interface. Of course, most habit apps have a clean interface. Since there are many high-quality To-Do apps like Fabulous, a clean interface is essential unless you have your own design philosophy. The interface of this app meets this requirement.
Features are rather mediocre. By default, you can set habits and the cycle of these habits and alarms by default. And you can check and manage these habit lists appropriately. These have almost all the previous apps, too, so they are okay.
In the past, it was a very disappointing app in terms of functionality because it had all the features mentioned above. However, these days, besides adding simple habits, the ability to save ‘negative habits’ (though similar in the large stem), the ability to write a simple diary for the day, a kind of group challenge function, the ability to link with calendar apps, etc. Various features have been added.
Functionally, it can be said that it has definitely become more diverse than before, and it is good that the developers are open-minded, such as reflecting user opinions to some extent in the updated plan, etc. The calendar app integration feature should not be used hastily… There are bugs in it.
Habitify is very good value for money but lacks some details
Habitify is a cost-effective app. First, I think it is a significant advantage in terms of price in that you can purchase a lifetime rather than an annual/monthly, perhaps because it is a relatively latecomer.
However, it is unfortunate that the app itself still has many things to improve. First, it’s a lot better than when I first used this app, but the web version is still in its old state, so it’s not enough to use it properly. It feels like there are no actual functions, it’s difficult to use, and it just seems like they made it with little thought…
Of course, I know the developers are aware of this and plan to revamp it soon. I look forward to it a lot. For reference, although not as much as the web version, the Android version also adds features a little later than the iOS version. This part is obviously unfortunate, but these apps are not one or two…
And it’s a pity that there are so many bugs. At the beginning of this app, there was a bug that caused the app to turn off when entering ‘Habit Management’, but it took quite a while until it is fixed.
Relatively recently, this app has a ‘calendar integration’ function, but there is no problem until synchronization with Google Calendar, etc., but there is a bug that dozens of the same to-dos are added to Google Calendar… I don’t know if it has been fixed now, but once Oh, if I touch it and then sync it, my Google calendar gets dirty… I guess this bug is because the company is small.
I look forward to seeing you better in the future
There are several apps that I have used in the past, but there is an app called Habitica. I’ve been using Todoist, Microsoft to Do, and ClickUp for quite a long time. In addition to this, there are so many to-do apps, but this Habitify is a habit app and now it doesn’t bow down at all compared to other apps.
There were several projects planned by this company, but only information about this app is available on the official website. I judge that they are concentrating all their development capabilities on this app in their own way. I’m still using it steadily these days, but I hope it will become a more developed app.
A lifetime is good for consumers, but from the developer’s point of view, they say that they do not provide constant income, so if the app becomes too popular later on, it will be removed… There are some cases like this. Or we may develop other services additionally. I’m not sure what choices this app will make later. Personally, I want it to continue as it is now… but I’m not sure how it will turn out. Please go in the right direction…
